Is this post about "which company makes the best replica" or "which owners are most down to earth"? I forgot

Evan's right of course, if I was looking for a good replica I wouldn't even consider a CSX. I'd get the 'real deal', a Kirkham.

If you want "down to earth" buy some Granola or Wheat Germ. Down to earth has nothing to do with a correct response.

If being "down to earth" means agreeing the Continuation series is a "replica" as that word is commonly understood and therefore in essence knocking the car well I guess I'm not down to earth and perfer to be correct.

Have a nice weekend.

Everyone should have granola and wheat germ everyday. Good stuff and good for you. I eat it everyday. Keeps you regular.

Evan believes the CSX is a real Cobra. He's right.

Everyone else thinks the other Cobra-like cars are Cobras. They're right. Now the thread can end, but not before I say that the Kirkham is the best replica. Now, there, it can end peacefully.

Now grab some wheat germ and granola (not the sweet stuff by the way) at the local store the next time you're there.

Evan, did you read any past my response? Pat beat you to that comment several pages ago. If you will read further you will find my reasoning for including them in the list.

Chuck that is beyond reasonable to expect him to read through the thread for any details when he sees a chance to jump on the REAL argument.

The best replica/continuation/REaL_1 to date is by far, the one below.

Well I have made up my mind.
I want a CSX4000 fiberglass car.
Can I get a stripped down version?

ENTDOC: Pat is right on that one. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Default Carbon Fiber body Tony

naumoff Tony Ask the FFR guys about the carbon fiber body they build? They raced at Gateway and the car was quick, even with a 1/2 of roll of 200 mph tape holding the car together. Rick L.

A Duct Tape body...mmmmmmmmmmm.. That give me an ideal.

Rick, how about a cardboard fiber body held together with 200mph tape.
It would bring back childhood memories of playing in boxes.

seriously though ...I can't wait to see the Dick Smith FFR.

There were several hundred cars (many, many Cobra replicas) at the cruise night in Tulsa last week.
I wonder if any cobra replicas were named in the "TOP TEN" category by the judges?

Default Dick Smith Replica car

Naumoff Tony I too would like to see the Dick Smith car when done. Down side is wanting to own one like his. I wonder what's going to happen to the real car. I know he wanted to keep it for the kids but lost one in the crash. I had Heathers phone numbers and e-mail addresses but have not gotten a response since Dick's death. To the best of my knowledge there has been no final report on why. I think Heather got everything changed. I know Her and Dick where getting a house in Ireland. I know she took the losses very hard as well as our cobra world of friends. It would be nice to win the Mega Millions and see if both cars could be gotten and taken care of just like Dick did. I hate seeing a great car spend the rest of it's life in a museum and not be on the track where it was built to run. I have to build a garage with 3 bays to hold the toys, and lifts in all for double storage. Have to ask the Smith brothers what happened to the carbon car? Catch you latter, going for job interview. Rick L.
