Default New Jersey title and registration

Any news from the crooks in Trenton reversing the decision for reconstructed vehicles, so they can apply for the QQ tags? I am about to send in my paper work for the safty inspection.

MrM is right, no QQ for you. Reconstructed Vehicles were never eligible for QQ.

They used to be eligible Collector Vehicle registration before they changed the law. What you want to know is if they have changed the law back to allow Reconstructed Vehicles to once again be eligbible Collector Vehicle registration. I have heard that it is under consideration by the legislature, but there has been no decision yet that I am aware of.

The SEMA model Bills have been introduced in the Senate and Assembly and support is needed in writing letters to the Committee members. For all that are interested please go to the ffcobra website www.FFCobra.com under the Northeast region. Olli has advised on all that is underway and the help that is needed.

Has there been any news on this?

Is it still active, or stalled?
