Go to "Paint" program (mspaint.exe) to resize the pictures. I think they need to be less than 40kb. Go to the start button, programs, accessories, paint. Open the picture with the Paint program. Select Image on the tool bar. Then select stretch/skew. Change the picture size by entering say.. 25% for vertical and horizontal. Then save the new smaller picture with a new file name so you don't lose your original picture size. Now upload the new smaller picture by creating a new message on Cobra Club- just post a reply to your original message. Click on Manage Attachments, then select Browse. Select the picture you want to upload and then click Upload. If the picture is still over 40 kb redo the above procedure with Paint program.

Well, if your like most everyone else, "complete" actually means "time to start the modifications and upgrades" ....anxious to see the photos....

How do I reduce the size of the file? The pictures are around 136MB when they should be 39MB or smaller.

There's a great little microsoft program that you can get called "image resizer" that you can use to reduce the size of your pic, and it reduces the file size as well. Typically for posting, use the small or medium resized images.
Give it a try, its at

The easiest way to post pictures is to place them in the gallery, then open them and copy the address under the photo and past it in a post.. Like this..
The line address "[ img]ttp://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/data/500/medium/RedOne4.JPG[/img ]" is in an address box under the photo. I've changed the spacing so that it will show you what the address looks like.

ERA 2100 completed, pictures in gallery!
Finally finished and still tweaking little things. A long journey but well worth it! I can't thank the team at ERA enough, especially Peter, Doug and Bob. They answered all my quetions and if I needed additional parts they were at my door the next day!
