Nice find. I remember going to one of the Can-Am races at Bridgehampton, NY. That was some exciting racing way back when. Brings back a lot of memories.

A few years ago I was looking for a project and decided on an old Can Am car. Jerry Hanson, a racing legend in SCCA had a Lola T 332 or 333 and was always my favorite car from the era. I almost made a deal on one in CA. but it fell through. 100K+ is really steep for a car with little "Provenence". The Lola was less than 75K and had a list of former drivers that was awesome.

Thanks for pointing this out. Took me back to the late 60's and early 70's. For a couple of years I worked for a guy who was paid to drive the team back up car in the Can Am races. Imagine getting paid to drive a Lola T70? Can't think of a better part time job. He had a lot of racing experience and had gotten into it to get his adrenalin fix after 6 years of flying a Spitfire in the war. Must have been good, he was an "Ace" with 22 kills.

This car would need several hours of work to get it back in good condition. Everything appears to have sat for several years.

100k seems like a lot for this car.
