Default Value?

I know that the value of Cobras in the US has declined rapidly over the last year and a half or so...what are the thoughts on the same for Canada..I am thinking of selling mine and am a little scared as to what might have happened to the value?
Also ..does anyone have a good resource for finding cars for sale (Cobras) in Canada
Thanks

I guess one more question that has probably been beaten up is ..what exactly are the restrictions on bringing a Cobra to Canada ..I dont believe that you can bring a car up?

Location, Location, Location, the cobra market has not dried up in Houston. Two have sold within 3 miles of my house in the last month, one that was not officially for sale and the other which was listed on ebay sold in two days at the buy it now price of $57,500. If you live near a large metropolitian area then it is much easier to sell.

The key to selling a cobra is the key to buying one, for example Roush engine, flawless documentation as far as every nut and bolt, smothered with detailed knowledge of the car and condition and by far the most important is honesty. I always start off by telling where any rock chips are, mileage on engine etc, and every detail I know, you will not bs someone into buying a cobra they have to be comfortable with you.

It's not only the Cobra Market. Most of the high end vehicles are suffering, a product of our economy. A year and a half ago people were paying $10K over sticker for a new Z06. A $70K+ 2008 Z06 w/ 7K miles just sold at auction for $48K in like new condition. Times are hard and niceties fall by the wayside.

You cannot import a "kit car" into Canada. You may not even be able to import a full kit at one shot but this depends on the Customs Officer. If he/she decides that it is a "car", you are screwed. You must bring everything in as car parts to avoid problems. The reason for this is that these cars do not meet Federal safety regulations, no airbags, no side impact protection, etc., etc.

I do not know much about moving these cars from one province to another but they would almost certainly have to pass an inspection before being re-registered.
