A prayer for a friend
A very good friend of mine is having to battle cancer.
This is her second time at bat and needs help.
For those of us that talk to a supreme being and believe prayer works such as I , I would like to ask a favor that you say a prayer for her.
Her name is Doreen Breakie.
I thank those who may add their voice to mine in asking for help for her.
Thanks

I was going to just type the word "done", but it told me it was too short. So with that introduction...... done.

First, Doreen is my thoughts and prayers as well.
Second, congrats Bill on winning the battle 3 times.
Coincidentally, I'm flying up to Detroit in the morning to visit the in-laws who also live Bloomfield Hills. Small world.

Dave,
She will certainly be included in my nightly prayers along with several others who are facing the same type problems.
Bill,
Add my congratulations to hanging in there 3 times. I know for a fact that there are times it is very difficult to understand why m, so to speak. I know that God, and not my strength has gotten me through some pretty bad situations and I am now in one that may require my leaving of the clubs and Internet, but I am hoping not. God bless all of you.
Ron

I have trouble reading threads like this as my wife is currently going through chemo and radiation therapy for breast cancer. I've found that once it enters your life, it can dominate your thoughts. Best wishes for Doreen. She's not in small company.
