Shelby:
Was a very good race car driver
Had a dream about creating a car and followed it through.
Was and still is a great promoter of all things.
Will always be an American Icon no matter what the people around him do.
Made the statement that, "Next Year Ferrari's Ass Is Mine."

I can only think of two:
Because he is Evan
Because he is an attorney

Glyn - Do you mean before or after?
As for bashing Evan...too easy. Sorry Evan, I may not agree with your position/opinion, but I respect your right to have one. You know what they say?

Evan has Man Eggs ???
When considering his high levels of insecurity as manifested in his constant need to defend all of his vapid perspectives along with his perpetual need to try to always be right, I would have thought that he has no "Man Eggs". Or at best little atrophied ones like "Raisenettes"

Moderator: Can we move this to "Evan's Man Eggs or Not" Thread. Maybe what we really need is a separate Forum, while you're at it.
This is a CS bashing thread designated for Pit Stop Deodorant.

pit stop deodorant
Well I've seen it all..... I guess itwas a good idea at the time for a novelty item that would one day be a collectors piece like the original cars. I suppose for a driver in a grueling race coming in for a refreshing shot of "Pit Stop" to cure his/her "GAPO" (Gorilla Arm Pit Odor), it might be a good thing!!! Ok, we had our fun for the day!!!

All in jest...only posted it because I know Evan has a damn good sense of humor.
It would be quite boring around here but for him.

In all fairness, I must say that in spite of all of Evans Major flaws , He is obviously a very good person who can take a lot ribbing and never get vindictive or mean about it. That says a lot about the person he really is.

Jamo,
Even I have to admit that as well. He has his weak points, but all in all from the people I know who also know him (fellow barristers and then some ) say that he is in general a decent guy...

Well, there appears to be not much to enlighten us from the rest of the can...
Subject: You've received an answer to your question about item Carroll Shelby's Pit Stop - A Real Man's Deodorant Received: Jul-26-08
From: browneyedwoman916 Expires: Aug-25-08

Dear kenmcfadden,
Hello ~
Here's the text from the back of the can: Directions: Effective deodorant action and protection, with a pleasing masculine fragrance. Hold can about six inches from underarm. Point arrow and depress to spray. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. If rash develops, discontinue use until skin again becomes normal.
Caution: Never spray toward face or open flame. Keep from extreme heat or cold. Do not puncture or incinerate can. Contains: Zinc,Phenosulfonate, Hexachlorophene and Alcohol.
Carroll Shelby Enterprises, Inc., Distr., Los Angeles, California/Made and printed in U.S.A.
Ken, since Carroll Shelby was associated with racing, and while cars were on the race track, they did have to make "Pit Stops"for automotive repairs, hence the name "Pit Stop" deodorant ~ quite a novel name I'd say ~ makes one smile.....after 42 years, this deodorant can is a collectible novelty item only, not intended for personal hygiene. Let me know if you have any other questions I can help you with.

Now that makes "You gotta be kidding me!" to a new level.
The funny thing is, that can of deodorant will probably end up at a Barrett Jackson auto auction next year and sell for a lot more.
