Thanks Terry.
Bill...any dingleberries you've left hanging?
Certainly a polarizing issue. Maybe they could add this as a warning light on the dash tied in with rear-facing cameras...

That got me thinking. Do you think the passing lane hogs are the same AHs who like to go into the stalls in public restrooms, leave the seat down and piss standing up so they can leave a mess on the seat for the next person who has to take a dump?

When I took statistics, I realized that the idea behind it was to try to make the numbers mean whatever you want them to mean.
How about we look at this a different way. Let's say 85% of the cars on the road are exceeding the speed limit. And further 85% of accidents that happen involve one or both of the vehicles exceeding the speed limit. Would that prove that speeding was the number #1 cause of traffic accidents? Are the similar percentages related in such a way? I could argue that speeding was not even a factor. If 85% of drivers on the road are Caucasian, does that mean the #1 cause of traffic accidents is being Caucasian? More likely I could argue that the #1 cause of accidents was a vehicle that was in motion relative to another vehicle.

Hey, that reminds me of the time I went into a public restroom at
the Baja Cantina and someone peed on the seat before me and I sat
down and almost slipped into the sh!tter. Good thing those wheel chair
rails were there to catch myself, because I always uses those stalls
since they are so much larger and roomier than the other ones.

Correct me IF I am wrong, but dont ALL states have a "Slower Traffic Keep Right" policy?
AND, The "Disabled Restroom" stalls are disabled accessible, NOT Disabled ONLY.

That correct.
Even normal people sometimes need those rails on each side to be able to squeeze off a power dump.

No---Not all states have that policy
Traffic rules and road usage vary from place to place and a lot depends on how much traffic and how many lanes---seems that the PA and Az guys play to a different tune--who determines who sets the pace????
The interstate highway system was designed and built to move traffic----the EXPRESSWAYS/FREEWAYS are urban multilane/limited access roads with lots of merging about every mile or so ---the interstates have several miles between entrane/exits and hundreds of trucks moving interstate---they sometimes have lower speed limits and are to keep right except when passing---the auto traffic is generally in the left lanes and sometimes middle if it is 3 lanes wide---
TRhere is a site that breaks down the traffic guide lines for all the states and groups them into the few customary traffic patterns that are generally accepted .
