Default New tires

Those that were following my last thread on what to do for tires ...here"s the update
I ended up buying the MT sportsman SR radials
Front 28x10x15
Rear 28x12x15
The tires "just fit" on the front but were perfect for the back
they are fantastic tires so far for me ...I street drive but I would guess they would be great on the track as well ...very sticky but a little more roll than the last Bias Plys I had ..( MT also)
Heres some pictures to show them

Hey looking good! Was it the 28" or the 10" that made the fronts a tight fit?

I used the 'Google' (as Bush would say) to search for M.Y. Sportsmans but could only find the M.T.'s...

Thats a good looking tire all right. I'm looking closely at my options and will probably go with the GY Bill Boards again. But those "MY's" are tempting...

A couple of years ago I pulled the bias tires off the Austin Healey and went with radials. With all the other 'slop' I have in the steering and suspension the radials are really noticeable. Turn the wheel, suspension settles in, body moves over, tire sidewalls flex and NOW we can start the turn! Kind of hair raising.
