over Photo quota?

I only have 4 pages of photos in my gallery yet when I go to put more up it says I am over my "quota". I see some guys here with over 10 pages of photos......whats up with that?

A quick look shows that you have loaded all hi-res pictures...each is almost 600k....and like 2400pix wide.

They could be 1/10th the size and still look the same on the web.

Try removing some of the large images and replace them with 800x600 or so.

I noticed I have 2 diffrent file sizes for each picture (one large and one small) can I just delete the large one? I have tried to, but it deletes both the small and large file.

the small one is autocreated by the Gallery software when you upload a larger than necessary file...to allow a manageable-sized image to be imbedded in a post.

if you delete your upload, the second one goes away also.
