Hydraulic Throwout Bearing: How to bleed?

I had to have Doug at ERA send me a pedal stop to for the clutch to limit the travel.

marcalan: Really? It looked like I was going to have to do the same, but Doug told me that I can take the lower lever off the clutch and rotate it to get the position I want. Sure enough, I was able to rotate it and get the recommended ~1" throw at the master cylinder. The lock pin is hard to see, as it is on top of the lower lever.

Right now I have the master cylinder rod on the upper hole on the lower lever. If I switched to the lower hole that would get me to about 1-1/2" travel.

Seems to work. I'll find out tomorrow.

Doug, Yes, I too had to take off the the lower lever and rotate it on the splined shaft. I had to do this to move the lever towards the seat. I ended up moving the brake pedal as far forward as possible as well. The accelerator was adjusted to be parallel to the other pedals.

I had to do this (5' 2") in order to reach the pedal. They really set the car up for much taller folks.

I'm using the Tilton floor mounted pedal set. It has a built in stop adjustment.

Doug, I did the same. 5'6" with a 29" inseam the steering wheel was almost hitting my chest. Rotated the clutch pedal on the splined shaft and put extensions on the brake pedal shafts. At least I did not have to use a booster seat to see over the steering wheel!
