Dyno tuning on Long Island ???

Anyone know of a dyno tuning shop on Long Island. I am hopeful (as I was LAST year) of having this thing finally running by spring, and I'd like to get it set up on a dyno. I think Sal (Power Surge) used to have one but he's down in Florida now, so I have no idea where to go, and who works on carbed rather than injected cars anymore. Anyone?

R and R Automotive in Farmingdale. 631-770-0146 I spoke to Manny. They have a Dyno jet and do carb and e.f.i. tuning at $125 per hour.
