Dont want any X-mas presents. I got my Superformance last year and thats all I need !!

If your wife lets you get a Cobra when you have 2 kids & you arent a Bazillionair. You've got a cool wife!!

Same here, I finished my Cobra in March of this year, what I wanted for MANY Christmas's is now in my garage.

The only thing I need this Christmas is warm, dry weather & I don't think that's gonna happen!

i don't know,,,,,i had to buy mine, and tell the wife it was here for repairs. after 6 months when the supposed owner never called or showed up she knew there was hanky panky afloat. i think my statement of " don't make me chose between you and the cobra, because i will enjoy my cobra" let her know where we stand. she often speaks of selling the car but when the 8year old starts crying because she loves the cobra,......lets just say she's outnumbered.

FWB,
A bit of advice for you...

Don't ever piss off your 8 Year Old.

I did post on another thread that all I want is a Cobra Replica in my garage, that I can keep for Christmas.

My wife has not bought me a Christmas present in 4 or 5 years. I just go out and buy my own.

I think it was 4 year ago that I was so busy at work I did not go shopping for my wife. I gave her an IOU. That one cost me $8,000+ for a new wedding ring.

That reminds me. I need to go shopping tomorrow.

Couldn't agree more! 0 kids and not a bazillionair, but got a cool wife who understands my car addiction.

She wanted a Cobra hat for Christmas, so that's a good sign!

My wife has bought me one of these for Christmas http://www.flying-jacket.com/jacket-category.aspx?id=1 along with the matching Pilot Helmet. I'm delighted with it and I can't wait to try it out on a cold, clear winter morning in the Kirkham.

Default mine too

I'm with you all... I told my wife about 2 years ago I wanted to build this project car. She's 100% behind it. Loves going to the shows. My Unique will be delivered in March. I'm a lucky guy!

I agree. There are many things that I want for Christmas, but nothing that can compare with my Cobra.

True. She knows I gave up motorcycles in deference to her & the kids. This will be the replacement.

...and I would give up the car for her in a heartbeat to...

Mine actually convinced me to buy the car and chipped in some cash to make the purchase last year.

This year she bought me a gift cert to Skip Barber's high performance driving school.

I think I'll keep her!

The wife too!

Another cool place for bomber jackets. Take a look at the nose art.

My wife said if you want it buy it-- just let me pick the color. Black with silver stripe and tan interior. Glad she picked it, i love the color.

My wife loves the car more than I do. I have talked about selling it a couple of times and she is always against it. She has been the same with the high performance boats we have owned. She tends to get more attached to the toys than I do.
