Cobra sighting on Thousand Oaks Blvd.

I'm pulling out of Pep Boys here in Thousand Oaks and my 12 year old daughter suddenly yells "DAD!! a Cobra!!"...A nice looking blue with white stripes heading west. I suspect it is a member here and the same car I followed at Motor 4 Toys. Unfortunately I was driving the wife's Expedition today. She tells me she is getting good at spotting them on the road...I love that kid.
