Default Video comparison:Stock vs Classic Chambered Exhaust

Not sure if you can hear the difference between the videos but in person a huge difference. In person I notice a much deeper sound and the engine was slow to rev before.... with the new exhaust the engine revs real quick with no bog. Stock cobra side pipes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGppR...eature=channel and with Classic Chambered Exhaust http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXGMF...eature=channel Enjoy Bermblaster

There is a difference...definitely a more bellowing deep than the first one. Too bad you made us wait until the 2:12 mark to rev it!

Tell us how you like them after three months of driving. You have to learn to live with them for a while before the jury is fully out.

Also, I like that ghost checkered flag you have coming out of the side vents. I'm not into graphics on most cars, but those were well executed on a dark car like yours.

P.S. Thanks for doing that, BTW. I wish more people would post stuff like that before others go out and spend $1000 for mufflers, welding and Jet-Hot coat.

Saturday I was lucky enough to take my car out for a short but BRISK rip. 29 degrees out but sunny. Right off the bat I noticed off the line was alot smoother with less effort. Cruising I notice sound level about the same below 2500 rpm. Wide open quite a bit louder but much deeper. With the cold temp way too CHICKEN to open it up full throttle in 3rd and have it go sideways on me. Even with a couple of fouled plugs the power increase is huge. Can't wait for fresh plugs and warm pavement to open it up. Bermblaster

P.S. Dean glad you like the checker boards!

These aren't apples to apples videos and I used Howe racing muffler instead of the Chambered, but if you want some exxtra HP, TQ and sound, go with the Howe H3002

1st video- Kind of get a feel for the idle and slight reving with stock 2-18 perf core glass packed mufflers
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H09-J...eature=channel

2nd- Idle with the Howe- Get a feel for the idle and "very" slight rev.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U5bhv...e=channel_page

3rd video- Dyno pull- Remember, I am 90 feet away from the car videoing this. The change added 44HP and 47TQ at the rear wheels.

dance30- I'm trying to decide between the "Classic Chambered Exhaust" and the "Howe"

I talked with one guy that said he has both. With the Howe, it's so loud, his wife won't drive in the car anymore and instead of people smiling on giving him a thumbs up, he gets pissy faces. With not standing between the two mufflers and listing to them, it's hard to imagine the db difference.

With my factory pipes, and most if not all of the glass pack gone, you can still talk with your passenger on the highway. I do like them loud but, I'm concerned they'll be too loud and not enjoy it.
