Enclosed Trailer Group Buy?
Is there any interest in a Group Buy for Enclosed Trailers?
I put one together a little over a year ago and was able to get a fairly substantial discount. I have listed a trailer in the classifieds for those interested and would like to see what one would look like.
We would have the ability to build the trailer to your/our specifications with delivery available or pick up.
The trailer manufacturer is Freedom Trailers and they offer a five year manufacturer warranty on an outstanding trailer.
I will need six orders to recieve an additional $250 off putting a NEW, 2009 20ft x 8.5ft V-Nose with hidden beavertail and a heavy duty rear ramp at $4445.00 plus shipping. That is LESS than most people are asking for their used trailers.

Yeah, You got my interest. I was thinking about buying a new trailer in the spring. (20' V-nose). The one you posted is perfect. I haven't gotten around to pricing on new ones but will see how the price compares to what is local here. Thanks!

You could order whatever suits your needs... I just delivered a 16ft v-nose and it would work well for your needs.
There is only a $100 difference in price between a 16ft and a 20ft and I find most opt for the 20ft.
I just need to get 6 for the break and looks like I already have two committed.
If you PM me your zip code I will give approximate shipping costs to your front door.

Are these the same guys?

I might be interested in a 16' also. I'd like to see what options they have.
Thanks,
Ed

Yes, That's them... They don't have too many pictures of the Car Haulers on their site, I do have many that I can forward along with many references from fellow CC members that purchased from me earlier.
Many options available, the trailers can be built to suit with just about any imaginable combination...

You are much better off with the extra space in case you ever want to put something in there besides a Cobra... and hey that tends to happen at some point.
How much more for an escape door? That is a must have for other cars...

I agree with "Steve"... Last fall at Watkins Glen I slept in mine up in the front. It was perfect as the cot fit nicely! Plus, if you ever get a winch...

Escape Door
Add $200 for a 54" escape door.

I bought one of these in a 23' V-nose and it has worked out really well. I can pull it with my Expedition (5.4L) with an anti sway hitch. I plan to sleep in it at the 12 Hours of Sebring.
