Frame Painting

Since it's to cold to drive I thought I would go through the car and clean and polish everything. Over the years I have accumulated the usual scratches and chips on the frame. I would like to touch it up but am not sure if I sould use a spray bomb, brush etc.. Any specific kind or brand of enamel? any help would be appreciated.

POR offers a good epoxy based enamel.
If you are really concerned with aesthetics mask of the injured areas and spray. IMO a brush offers better coverage and paint adherence for this type of work.
