Call your credit card co. and tell them what happened. They'll stop payment. I did that recently with a vendor who sold me a 4 post lift and didn't deliver it after three weeks. I got the lift before the 4th week.

If it has been two months the credit card company has probably already paid that outfit. I believe if I had ordered a brake kit and nothing showed up I would have been calling them before two months passed.

You should always call the bank after two or three weeks. If you don't get your stuff by then, something's wrong. With all the businesses going bankrupt these days, you gotta move fast. And always use a credit card, as they will be sensitive to your plight and charge the vendor. Keep fighting and good luck.

Don't give up on the credit card being able to help. Several years ago we
bought a cookoo clock in Germany and forgot about it until nearly 6 months
had passed with no clock and the credit card company called us and asked if we had received it and we said no. The next day the clock company called from Germany asking why we cancelled payment. We got the clock within a week. Surprised me with that much elapsed time but we still got it.
