My sidepipes are stainless and they turn a gold right at the bend. I like
the way they look. The 4 inch straight part of the side pipes are still
the same color.

Who made you pipes and how much were they ?
What muffler do you have ?

I don't know how much I'll have left in my "toy fund", after buying Keith's 482,new clutch, flywheel and a TKO 600 and other odd's & ends ?

$2,000 + is a lot for me. But, they look fantastic over ceramic coated and will last a very long time.
