Attachment Problem
Is anyone else having a problem with the attachment feature? I haven't been able to attach a picture for some time now. No matter the size, I get an upload failed error. I have tried a couple of pictures that I just received and have never used them before and one was just 22 KB and the other 35Kb, well below the 39KB limit. I have checked all of my options and they seem to be ok, so what am I doing wrong? The last attachment I was able to get to upload was in January of this year and I only have a few so I am not over the limit.

Jay,
You linked that from Photobucket and it is about 130KB. I can do those ok, but using the Manage Attachments at the very bottom of the post where it has a 39KB limit is what I am having a problem with.

Fred,
I don't see anything. Did you try the Attachment feature or was you going to tell me what to try?

Thanks Fred. I believe this started for me around the time Brent was doing some work and just before he added the My Photos and Insert link below the smileys. Also in the FE Forum only I don't get the My Photos and Insert link when I open the page to post. That works great in all of the other forums for me. No big thing as I prefer the smaller pictures and can use the new Insert link now and that works great.

Another try. According to the properties, the first one is 152KB, the second is 149KB. (Me in my brothers FFR)
Ron, forgive me if I'm still not getting it.

Jay,
It seems to be working for you. I assume that you are uploading the pictures from your computer with the Manage Attachments shown below the posts. When I try it everything seems to work except it then says File failed to upload or something like that. Anyway the new My Photos using the Insert link is much faster and you can chose the size of picture you want in the post as it goes to your gallery and pops up a page showing your pictures there. And you can do more than one in a post using this also.

Warren,
How did you get a picture of the A.T. & T. first tier tech group? They try to keep that secret.
