What a tragic thing to happen to a family and a community and what a great person Camo sounds to have been. I am going to check my bank balance and see if I can buy a ticket too.

Keith,

I can't speak for everyone but most of the replys that I have seen are more concerned with the cause. I also have included the young man who had so many problems with acceptance and the guilt he must feel. My prayers are with him as well as the family.

Keith,
In for 2...
This is the true act of a faithful servant on your part.
That was a great story. Cameron sounds like an outstanding young man. It has to be such a comfort that the family knows he is in the Lord's hands now...Everything happens for a reason, tho it is hard to understand sometimes. We never know when we well be called home to Jesus, so its important to be prepared like Cameron.
Please ask the family to read a book called "The Shack". It applies to their situation and might help explain why this happened. If you dont mind, I would like to send one to your address if you would give it to the family.
God Bless you and the family
Ray Price

Kieth,

I'm in through paypal.

Good things are happening out of a terrible situation. Keep the young man that was with Camo at the time of the accident in our prayers too. He surely is suffering too. Try to send him our condolences too from CC.

Keith;

I agree, as much as I want the small block package and could use it right now, as for me personally, I say accept all contributions and set a raffle date and do it, regardless of the number of tickets sold....

I hope it's in the thousands....the prize is great and who would not want it, but the cause is the real issue here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all your doing.......

I made a mistake in the spelling of Kameron's name which my wife has set me straight on. I have these problems sometimes and this is why I stay with porting heads and working on engines.
The foundation's name is Kamo's Kids. I just wanted to get it right. Anything sent with my wrong spelling will not be a problem. All of your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Keith

Keith,
Of course, I can only speak for myself, but I think that your original plan to only offer 100 tickets is a reflection of your concern for fairness and value which you have always shown in all of your endeavors. This is not about winning a prize. This about coming to the aid of a friend. I say sell as many tickets as you can. If you are concerned about how the ticket buyers feel about this, perhaps you should post a poll and let the results guide you?
I have mailed my contribution. As some others have suggested, if my ticket wins I would like you to sell the heads and donate the proceeds to Kamo's Kids. May God bless you all and help guide you through this difficult time.
And thanks for all you do for the "Cobra" community.
Steve

I will be in Austin, TX this coming weekend for the Spring Texas Cobra meet and want to see about selling some raffle tickets there for the Kamo Kids Foundation. I will let this run for a few more weeks and then we will have the drawing. Thank you for all of your support and I would like some ideals on how we should do the drawing.
What we have in mind is letting Kamron's Grandfather do the drawing for us. He and Kamerons Dad have been friends for a long time and this would make him happy I am sure. Just let me know if this is ok and we will make sure that it is fair.

Thanks, Keith Craft

Keith,

For what's it's worth ... in my opinion, involving Kamron's family sounds like a great idea.
