Default I need advice on brake line size....please help

I have a 67 Cougar with a Cobra 03 hydrobooster and a Jaguar front disc brake set up. The rear is Corvette. Everything is new or rebuilt. I'm about to start plumbing. I was going to use the Cobra proprtioning valve. Should a still use an in line proportioning valve after the Cobra for more control? How do you adjust those adj valves? I also was wondering what size line? Should I run 3/16 everywhere?
Thanks in advance
chris

3/16 may not have the fluid volume to push the whole deal. --

also - need some specifics;

what year front Jag Brakes and why >?
what year corvette rear >?
what master cyl are you using >?

why not a nice ford / ford setup >?

Well I put a whole front suspension in my Cougar from an 1970 XJ6. It was cheaper than the aftermarket systems. I also put the Vette rear end (mid 70's) instead of the factory straight axle. The power booster is from an 03 Cobra.
