This is one of the major reasons why I bought a Kirkham. I'm exactly like you. I love too many color combinations and I would have gone back and forth.
I've always loved just basic black on a Cobra, and while I like yellow too, my preference from your list would be the titanium/black combo.
Best of luck with your decision.

What I have decided for sure is that
1. It will have 2 stripes with border strips
2. It will have the rivets bordering the hood and scoop
3. I am leaning more toward the darker charcoal grey because I love the shine
It seems that the lighter titanium color do not have the clear coat shine, it give it more of a vintage look. ( I am still toren though)
I am hoping to locate one in my area

The platinum grey is what they use on the Jettas and the black is just a basic mixing black. The grey is stunning in the sun. Lots of metallic and there is also a little bit of pearl in it. Look at one in the sun and you'll be sold on it.
Forum member "Merv & Sharon" painted his the same after seeing my pics. He's very happy. Let me know if you want the paint code.

Can you please provide the paint code. Also, do you know what primer they used for a base?

LD7X/2R is the code for the Platinum Grey. I used a 2K grey primer and sealer before the base coats.

From the GT40's Forum, but maybe the colors are the same between the GT40 and MKIII. Page 36 has the color codes:

greg,
Beautiful Car,
Do you have the paint code used as well as the primer if it was black or a silver primer ( if they even make one)
I think I and finally narrowing it down to at least 2 shades of silver/ grey

"jwd 2006 VW platinum grey metallic with black stripes."
Question about the Titanium color. Are these all the same color code or do they have different shades?
They look awsome.

Stop second guessing yourself and go with your first choice.

What is the paint code for the SPF Titanium Silver and what primer used if known.
Van,
The yellow and black is nice but still heading toward the silver colors
