When we have a ad in the for sale section, how do we get it as a "Featured Ad", on the front page ?

They are sequentially the last four ads posted...the 4 most recent ads at the given time.

Hum,....I never did see mine on the front page. The photo I used was fine and was included right after I posted my ad but, since then, the photo frame is empty. What happened ?
