Unhappy Wiring question please using MSD box and EZ wiring

I'm installing a MSD 6AL box and the instructions says to put the small orange wire to the + on the coil,no problem. But i have another pink wire coming from my EZ wiring kit that says on it to put on the + side of the coil as well.
Is it ok,i'm not a guru when it comes to electrical issues so i just want to make sure, can someone confirm that it's fine or not, thanks guys

Michel

Only attach the wire coming from the MSD box to the coil. Do not attach two wires going to the + side of the coil. The EZ Wiring Kit instructions assume you have an old style ignition as opposed to a new-fangled MSD unit.

Just tape off the pink wire and don't use it.
