75,000 Miles!
My Cobra just turned over 75,000 miles, with my ownership for the last 7 1/2 years. The Cobra had less than 13,000 miles on it when I bought it.
It keeps on ticking, without taking a licking!!! lol !!!

Congratulations! That's a lot of miles for a Cobra. What is the longest distance you've driven at one time?

Congratulations...have read many of your posts but know nothing about your Cobra. Tell us about it and why not post some pics in that gallery.
We might learn how to build reliability into these pastimes. Occasionally, some of us have bouts with the "ticking" part....LOL.
Enjoy your next 75,000!

At the rate I am going, I will be 75 before I put on 75,000 miles. Good for you!

Thanks for all the replies!
JDean: I have driven to Reno from Los Angeles four times. Most drives are in and around the LA area, along PCH, and all over the LA area.
Ozgur Tan: NAF Cobra, 351W, aluminum heads and manifold, way-lumpy cam, T5 transmission, 8.8 solid axle out of a late Mustang, had 2.73 gears but recently lowered them to 3.23...should have gone with 3.55's.
CoupedUp: VERY few miles with the snake hat! At freeway speeds, those little buggers would thump my head like a snare drum!!!
There are some pics on this site, just on my earlier "handle", Edley Rondinone...go to my
"What is the LATEST recognition your Cobra has received?" thread, and look at my gallery. I need to take some more pics with my Cobra on my little adventures; right after I buy a new digital camera!!! lol !!!
