I have not lauged that hard in a long time Im glad he wasnt hurt but I can just picture the look on his face under that helmet. it's also funny because that is the exact sort of thing that would have happend to me.

Had that happen one time in our supercomp dragster. Had a removable steering wheel and still not sure why but it came off about 80' out of the gate. Luckily didnt wreck the car, got it shut down and stopped no problem. Car went straight as an arrow anyway always did...luckily.

I promise you though...the following weekend we did have the removable steering wheel anymore..lol. It is definately a high pucker factor yes.

he did that in his A&C cobra......found a ditch to stop him....wasn't on the dragstrip though....
