Cranky,

I guess we can write this one off. 6 guys (5 of them Crankoids) signed up.

We had a poll, 16 guys said they would go...where are they????

Well, I guess we can can this idea for Spring Flingers to come to the track. I'm sure not driving 11 hours for just a car show.

No track time...no show.

JM,
I guess when guys talk about strokers they have something different in mind than I do. I thought they were talking about engines.
Oh well, we still got the Glen and VIR with the real men, I mean racers.

Cranky et al,
I am still planning on going to the track at BeaveRun the Friday before DVSF III. I don't have the time to search all the forums and threads so my replies tend be a little later than some.
Look forward to seeing you all there.

Ernie,
Bring the following items and I may let you drive my car:
1) Four packages of Gouvea Portugese Sausage
2) Four packages of poi. (buy it fresh so it is day old by time you get there)
3) Four jars of Kohala brand Won Bok Kim Chee
4) Assorted packs of crack seed, li hing mui, lemon peel, etc

Yes, I grew up in HI and wish I was there now. <waaaah>

BTW, I'll bring the beer and the grill.

I don't think they'll let poi on the plane--natural biological warfare agent.

I'm hoping to join the Beaver Run crew myself--just need to see the agenda for Friday first... Already explained to Cranky why.

Default lemme see if I got this right

Cranky and JM,
Do I understand you correctly? I had assumed, my mistake perhaps, that you and/or portions of your group were going to be attending DVSF III. Is that not the case?

Per Expedia:
my house to DVSF is 2255 miles
DVSF to BeaveRun is 227 miles

BeaveRun is on Friday and DVSF runs Fri? through Sunday I believe.

JM, am I missing something? Why would you drive 11 hours for one day of track time and not drive another 4 to spend the rest of the weekend with fellow addicts?

Tom,

BR is about 6 hours from us...another 3+ hours to DVSF from there.

Why? Are you taking the Cobra or the Diasio?????
