Just check your policy's fine print.... Every policy that I've read or am familar with says no coverage "for organized racing events"....
Not sure what you are going to do at this drivers ed thing,but as long as it is not an organized racing event,you should be o-k.... Not the same as an open track where you are driving at speed....
If this is just to drive around on a track at highway speeds or less for demo purposes,than I would think you will have coverage.....Something like driving a NASCAR track before a race,like on parade laps?????
