Open Track Event, Sept 18-19 at Gingerman raceway in south haven Michigan

This is put on by SCMC (SVT Cobra Mustang Club) There will mainly be Mustang Cobra's there, but it is open to all (No open wheel cars).

The cost is $260 for the weekend, which does include an instructor and classroom sessions if desired.

GingerMan is one of the few tracks that have open days during the summer, and is one of the great bargains. Every Tues., Wed., Thurs. you can test/tune from 5:00 PM until dark (around 9:00PM) for $60. There is no safety equipment on hand, and if you get stupid they'll send you home, but that's still one of the best open track bargains in the country. Unfortunately, the track is a bit predictable and somewhat boring.
