Default Suggestions for good all around engine

I am looking to replace my 302 from Indy Mustang this winter. I have toyed with several options and would like some input. The car will hopefully be used for 50% cruising, 20% Strip and 30% AutoX or Open Track events. This is hopefully, since last season, I did one trip to the strip and did not get to any track events.

I was originally planning on staying carbed, after investigating stack injection and seeing some benefits to EFI, I am planning on going with the Quality Roadsters Mass-Flo EFI system to give vintage looks with ease of maintenance. I want to stay with a 302 based engine, so I see my options as..

FRPP 302 crate with the Z heads. Probably enough horsepower to scare me, but I am afraid that I will be looking for more again next year.

DSS or Coast High 331 - Fully assembled, ready to go. Not too extreme of a stroker, so should hold up better and be good for more RPMs (right?).

Coast High 347 - 420 HP (Can you have too much?) Lots of torque.

Which of the three would you guys vote for?

Make sure you get enough so you don't get bored with it 6 months down the road. I had the 392 FMS stroker rated at 430 hp and it was a strong motor. A year ago you could get it for $5995. But of the 3 you listed I would do the 347-420. Good Luck!!!
