Hey, I finally got some TRACK TIME...
With the current economy, this is about the extent of what I'm going to experience.

Dean, are you wearing a scarf? It looks good with the blue cap.

Dean,
That's gotta be the best I've seen your car look in a long time! You must be getting it ready for the John Force Holiday Car Show!

At least you can still afford 1/32nd scale. At the rate my 401k is shrinking, I'll be lucky if I can afford to race my HO scale Cobras.....

Tru - nope, not me. Had the beast out last week for a top-off and a dash of Sta-Bil, now it's settled down and covered up on the top bunk of the lift for hibernation.

I honestly wish I had this little slot car, as I plucked the photo off Google. There are some really neat Cobra slot cars if you do a search, but most are larger scale and not the typical HO scale that most use. My wife bought me a Tyco set (before we had kids...16+ years ago) and I break it out every Christmas and kill an afternoon with it. My current car of choice is a red C4 Corvette that I put sticky foam tires on...scary fast.

That might be the single best pic I ever took to illustrate a point.
