Someone figured out how to install an LED on the end of a spark plug
Now it's only $200.00 to change the plugs.

I'v been watching this product for a while. An interesting concept that actually makes sense. Sort of. What they've done is package a CD ignition inside the spark plug. We all know a CD ignition makes a hotter spark, sometimes adds power, and usually adds a little efficiency.
But, you're spending $200 to add this form of CD ignition. It's very easy to do. How long do the plugs last? Since they're not usuing iridium or platinum, I would guess they'de last about 40K miles or so. Then you pay another $200 to do it again.
And what happens if your tune is off? After you fix the problem and retune the computer, you would definatly want to replace the plugs. But not at $200 a pop. My Cobra goes through 3-4 sets of plugs a year; at $12 a set, I don't worry about it.
OTOH, Why not add a good CD ignition box? It will cost more than $200, and take a lot more work to install. But it should last 75-100K miles with no additional investment.
I think it's a marvelous feat of engineering - putting a CD inside the plug body. That impresses me. But not enough to make me buy a set.

I think it's magic. When the car isn't running, it sucks protons out of the air.

I'd tell ya the secret about these plugs, but first I have to go to the emergency room to have the big fishing hook removed from my mouth.

I have up til now always thought that the Champion N54R was the best plug ever---we could pull 6 threads of heat and they were reliable---at 8 threads pistons would vaporize--- and they were given to us N/C
See my gallery for night race and you'll see how even they ignited 100% nitro

My reading of their promotional info is that the capacitor (CD) in the plug accumulates the incoming flow of electricity until it releases it as a stronger but shorter duration firing of the plug. So, I suppose you can get their 150 watt spark for 30 billionths of a second rather than a typicall 50 watt spark for 100 billionths of a second. The question is, which is better, a hotter spark or a longer duration spark? I don't know the answer.

You want a long low amp spark or a short high amp spark? Either way, it is the same amount of electrical power. This concept has been around for years
