Default AC Guys, Help!

Very frustrated right now. I'm having problems stopping brake fluid leaks. New lines I did not make, store bought. Did anyone use teflon tape, how tight is tight enough? General questions. Any help would be nice. Also can't seam to get the slave to bleed. Like I said so close to finishing and very frustrating.

Did any of you ever say I want to just sell this piece of junk.

Thanks
Joey

Take the master off and put it in a vice and bleed it there. route brake lines up to form a circle loop to the top of the resevior. Sometime it takes 25 pumps to get the air out. Keep full of fuild and and plug the outlets reattach.
I had leaks on my lines the ones I flared. I bought napa brand and they sealed nice.
Sometime you just have to step back for awhile catch your breath and get back at it. It suppose to be fun. It will be worth it. Nothing like running through the gears on a car you hand built.

My wife's birthday is today and we went to eat, that helped get over the frustration. Ready to try again. Big crawfish boil tomorrow too, then back to the cobra.

I'm going to reflare the ones with leaks, maybe that will help the seal. I had to push the rod in on the slave to install, I think I'll try to bleed it then put it back in place. The master is to hard to get in and out that will be the next step if necessary.

Thanks for the responces, can't wait to run through those gears RDC, there is a pride to building a car yourself.
