Default NAF - North American Fiberglass

fellow club member has this for sale on eBay

1965 Shelby NAF 427 S/C 427 S/C

He bought it from a guy who used to make them 20 years ago who is now dead so he knows nothing about the MFG.

I have never heard of NAF North American Fiberglass Company - Any help for him?

Jack Kube owned NAF. Built cars in Tempe or Scottsdale AZ and went out of business in the late 1980s. He moved to the very small town of Superior AZ, where he occasionally built a very few cars. He died several years ago and his widow sold out all the remaining parts and molds. I owned a NAF for 13 years and it was a pretty good car. The fiberglass was very thick and the frame was 2"x4" box rails with 3/16" thickness. There are other NAF owners on CC and perhaps they will chime in.
