Antique & Collectible wheel question

Appreciate any comments from Antique & Collectible builders; I am having trouble finding rims. I would like to run 15 x 8 on the front and 15 x 10 rims on the rear. I put 11 inch rotors on the front. When I called Joe at A&C he suggested I get rims with a 4.75 rear offset because of the 11 inch rotors. This seems deep to me and I can't find any 15 inch rims with that offset. I do not want the tires to stick way out from the wheel wells, what have you found in rim sizes that you like?
