Default Fuel Tank

Hi Everyone: I picked up my body today. Safe at home here in Ontario now. I picked up the fuel tank, gas pedal assembly and the roll bar. Everything looks great. You were right Roscoe, the simple black gel coat without paint actually looks really good.

I dont think i got my fuel sender though. It's not in the tank. There is only three outlets. The main filler, vent, and fuel supply to the carbs. Nothing else. No wiring sticking out. I have already left a message at AC. I hope i dont have to cut a hole in the tank.

You have to cut a hole in the tank. There should be a separate small white box included with the tank from A & C.

Anyone have the dimensions of the A&C fuel tank? I have a West Coast Cobra and I'm looking to replace the tank the previous owner installed, and the A&C tank looks like it's about the right size and shape. I'd need to cut a hole in the trunk floor, but I'm quite prepared to do that if I find the right tank.

Looks like that tank won't work in my WC. There's only 17" between the crossmembers under the trunk, and the front to back taper is far less on a WC (about 2" by my reckoning).

Thanks.
