Default windshield wipers/seats

A&C is running behind on interiors, has anyone sourced seats and door pannels from someone else? on the factory five forum there is someone named Herb who makes custom door pannles and wasn't sure if they might work here...he didn"t know. Windshield wipers, anyone have the the measurement between the two shafts...a buddy who has a ERA is running wipers from a triumph spitfire and had an extra set..thanks, jon

The Triumph wipers can be cut down or extended as desired. You are only limited by the length of the inner cable and that can be cut short as needed. More important is the diameter of the gear in the wheelhouses and the location of the drive pin in the motor head--that will determine the arc you get on the wiper on the glass.

I used the Sube Cobra seats and made my own side panels with pouches. Never got around to installing wipers. I use Rainex.

Are the stock wiper locations set up for RHD? Mine leaves 6" on the left un-wiped. reaches the center of my nose.

"but after all they don't do much in the rain any how"

Rain, Rain? What's that?

Move to Southern AZ and not be bothered by it.
