Wow.. Ratboy, this means you're not the rookie anymore... Are you excited?
Mike, welcome to both you and your wife Linda. We'll enjoy the new faces.. some of the other ones are getting old... and wrinkled!

How can the newbie pick up the check for lunch if he's outside watching the cars?

"Mikes" are like Mustangs...you can't swing a dead cat without hitting one.

Shouldn't you be working on a car or something? It needs to be ready for Tortilla Flats.

Well I will be missing another run. I just hung up the phone with Roush and while they have all the parts, they haven't finished putting the engine back together yet. They are shooting for finishing assembly on Monday , putting it on the dyno and trying to get it ready to ship by the 23rd. With xmas, it wont be here in town until late the next week thena couple fo days to get it back int he car. Have a good run!

Ron, not to rain on your parade, but your chances of getting anything shipped around the holidays are greatly reduced. Many truck drivers take extra time off to be with their families. I'll bet if you think mid to late January, you hopefully won't be disappointed. You'll surely be on the road well before I am.

Mike,
I got your e-mail and was wondering where your 67-70 temp forecast came from?

Dan,
I used my crystal ball. It gives great directions, so I thought I'de try it with the weather.

Is that the same crystal ball that Don M uses for his driving direction?

There he goes asking embarassing questions again. Proving his rookiehood..
Dan, havent' you learned to recognize the difference between a guess and a command? King Mikie has commanded good weather for the run... and if King Mikie can't make it happen, I guarantee that Queen Ginny can. Look how well she handles King Mikie...
