Default .223 deal (Caution, not Cobra related)

I found a pretty good deal on .223 at Cabelas.

Remintion FMJ brass case .55g.

$17.99 per 50 bullets, that .36 cents a piece.

They were on sale from $25.99 marked to $19.99 but scan $17.99

Prices are ridiculous. 56 cents a round for 223...

Default everything is relative

I shoot benchrest and our 30 caliber bullets (hand made) are running about .39 a piece. Lapua brass is .58 a piece for the 6BR case and the 6.5X47 is $1.10 a piece and primers if you can find them are double what they were a year ago. Buy now, while you can.

I buy mine by the bunker full.

But your post is informative Dan, it looks like prices are starting down to a more reasonable level. Kind of like the bottom side of the Bullet Bubble in law of supply and demand.

I am hoping it will come down more.

I just bought a Case of .416 Barrett (80 rounds) for $400.00. Shooting is not cheap...
