So what are you going to be racing?

You have to let new piston cure for a least two weeks to reach full strength.

Youse guys keep coming up with procrastinations and excuses and my car might even be ready to run before you agree on a date.

Carnut,
Ya do have a mean streak in you from time to time. Remember he is one of our Gang so tell him he can use RingSeal. Dan you do have to buy a full bottle because it is not sold in individual amounts. Simply keep the remainder on the shelf hopefully never to be used again !!! it ain't cheap but you need to keep your piston tight in the hole. I have some for my nitro engines but it is not compatible with gasoline.

I'll call my buddy Roger and see if they can get a smaller quantity. It will mean calling in a big favor so I expect Dan will owe me if I can pull it off.

OK what happened now DWRAT? I was in San Diego for a few days so I missed what happened. Was it another oil leak? You might find some great stuff for your car here http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main_page=index

Ring seal is exactly what it says it is, it seals rings. Sheesh.

All the real racers use it on fresh rings. Do want me to get you a price or not?

Sure, get me a deal and settle down as it seems your blood pressure may have risen a bit.

I thought I had some left from when I did my motor. But it has hardened. I'll check my records and see where I got it from.

Paul,

Do you remember Mr. PotatoHead aka Larry Davi? Remember he ruined 3 motors by seeing what would happen if he tossed a few nuts and bolts into the carb opening?

Dan tried the same performance upgrade.

Mike

I may be mistaken, but, the Mustang Club at the Sanderson Ford Show on Saturday said that they had to cancel their Saturday night at Speedworld because of re-surfacing, so my guess is it was closed Friday also.
So Dan wins.

Congratulations Dan. Tough racing I'm sure, but a win is a win.
