SDR, normally there is a LARGE gathering of all kinds of cool cars at the Pavillions Saturday night during B-J, including lots of cobras. 1000+cars. Must gather early. As a club we found early to mean am so the whole day is shot. Thus our decline in participation. Since B-J is Jan 17 to 23 and is still winter we probably won't have an official event until March. Perhaps the Phoenix-Tucson challenge then the picnic in April. After that TBA. Weather permitting, February should have one or more impromptu runs.

Danr, you're PREmature again. The question was "after" BJ week. Don't get so excited.
SDR might be interested in youse Northsiders Tuesday night thingy, if you told him where and when.

Oh, he meant BARRETT JACKSON.. I was thinking.. nevermind what I was thinking.. Ok.. there is sure to be a Cobra run after that. Probably a run to Globe for Mexican Food. Karl would love that.. oh,, but Karl doesn't have a Cobra right now. Maybe that will provide some incentive..

We don't do a cars and coffee. More like cars and drive. How about a run to Tortilla Flats during that time frame.

Cars and Coffee is something they do in Kalifornia. In general, here in AZ our gatherings are called "cruise ins" and almost always happen in the late afternoon into the evening. There have been several morning gatherings attempted but all lack longevity. Some car shows start early.
Look in these places for all local AZ car events:

The Cars and Coffee thing he's talking about is like the one sponsored by the Scottsdale Exotic Car Club. I went to one last summer. It was early on a Sunday morning in a parking lot on Scottsdale Rd. and something just south of Indian Bend ?? Not sure. It was OK.. not anything I'd do regularly.
