NASA event Nov 23-25
Nasa is having what we are calling the Southwest replica nationals Nov 23-25. We are using both the Firebird main track and west track. For those who may want to attend the driving school it will be available Friday and Sat. The main track will host the race groups including a FFR spec racer national points event. On the west track will be the street car groups with time trials happening on the weekend. There will be a car show area for those who don't want to run they're cars on the track.

Gordon, I faced up and asked her nicely! I promissed no accidents and I would not be "Bitten" by the "Race Bug". Besides, I told her I will be just about ready for some new tires about then and will use the old ones up in training.

Guys, count me in on the event. I have not driven firebird yet but it should be fun. Gordon, how are they running the time trials? cold everything or do you get to warm up the brakes and tires? scott.

Scott, I'm not sure at this point. knowing Larry there will be at least 1 warmup lap. I wouldn't mind running fender to fender with Nelson in your car.

If there is a warm up lap, I will run the time trial. The fender to fender stuff does not interest me or my car in the race group. Allthough I was faster than Nelson at Road america(because of more power I think), Nelson is an excellent driver. I also think my car handles and brakes as well as Nelson's but on a shorter more technical course, he would be faster. scott
