"Challenge" weather.
I can't believe that Tucson, Phoenix, and Globe all have a 20% chanch of rain Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I'm sure that the forecast will change in five days.

If we have 10 cars only 2 will get wet.

Those two being the ones that make the drive. The other eight will be at Dan's home drinking Pacifico.

I won't be able to attend, Cobra, I and a WW II Vet will be in a parade at Sacoton for the 66th anniversary of the Iwo Jima Flag Raising. The 85 year old is our only vet from that era in our post.
When I was asked to drive him in the Cobra, my concern was his getting in and out because of his age and having an artificial leg. Last Monday he got in, went for a ride and had no problems exiting the car. He said he is looking forward to get another ride, said he loved it.
So, I hope the weather cooperates because last year we marched in rainy and windy conditions.

Ralph, thanks for doing the deed that you will do. Those vets really deserve "thanks". I hope that the weather is sunny and warm. We'll see you at another event.

It's starting to look really gloomy for the challenge. Any chance of rescheduling?

I suggest we cancell this run and postpone until April 23rd. This way John will have more time to rally his troops.

If it rains Saturday I'm off to the Gun Show. We (Jeff and Mike and I) were planning to go Sunday.

So a "slight" chance of rain and every one's backing out? What do I win if I play the odds and go anyways?

My car might get wet, but I wont since my car has a sun screen installed...... My point is, we haven't seen rain since Dec., and this weekend there is only a slight chance, so I'm going cruising on Saturday!

Hey ford guy.. It gives the Tucson gang a chance to regroup. The chance of rain is more in Globe than Tucson or Phoenix. We also avoid the traffic generated by the festival.
Ron, I believe it is at the State fairgrounds.

No worries, I'll have a nice drive regardless. Maybe I'll don my kilt and head to the renaissance festival!
