Hi all you Car Nutz, Bike Nutz & Trike Nutz

Many of you have been wondering about the Fun Run parking
and what's going on Friday and Saturday nights....
Well, I just got off the phone with the Hot Rod Cafe and the Power House:

You can still buy the one-day parking pass for $20.....
There'll be a gal selling the passes in front of the Powerhouse Saturday
morning about 9am - This year, they're not allowing you to save spaces
for friends - so if ya wanna park together, ya gotta arrive together.....
and you wont' be able to park in the "best" spaces there on Andy Devine -
they'll be parking ya up on Beale Street.

The Sock Hop will be at the Hot Rod Cafe on Friday night - starting at 4pm.

The Burn Out will be at the Hot Rod Cafe on Saturday night -
4pm to 6pm for motorcycles
6pm - 10pm for cars.
There'll be trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place,
gift certificates
and cash giveaways.

(The Hot Rod Cafe is on Hualapai Mt Road and RailRoad St)


Next year, will be the 25th Anniversary of the Fun Run -- it could be the best one ever - if all the merchants cooperate with discounts and activities. The Rt 66 Cruizers and the Car Nutz are hoping to meet with the big shots to help plan next year's event....
we could tell them a thing or two on how to run something proper, can't we??!!!!

So how's about Emailing me your suggestions and ideas - and even complaints - and we'll coordinate everything and present it to the Rt 66 Association - with the help of us experienced car people, we can make next year's Fun Run the greatest and funnest ever!
