On account of the fact we have six large suitcases with us and they would not fit in the trunk. That's the official version, the real version is why temp fate, if I can get to drive to the gathering at Safeway without any issues I'll take that as the first positive step. Skittish I guess.

I'll see y'all at the Safeway gathering on Saturday December 17th.

Cheers, John, AKA, tin-man

Are luggage racks an option, I didn't know that, do they have power luggage racks that automatically open up, seems such an item would go well with all the other power options I have.

If it makes it one month without a significant break down, leak, or performance issue I will be pleasantly surprised. And that includes "just sitting in the garage" time as well. As we all know, these cars can break down just sitting in the garage.

"As we all know, these cars can break down just sitting in the garage." Those are the Cobra Gremlins.. they were released from American Motors in the 60's and eventually caused the demise of the Cobra. People weren't as smart then as we are now. You find them hiding in stacks of tires, if yo have those in your garage. If you don't have stacks of tires, you hide in piles of camping equipment or behind the freezer. ALso in ramp rat tool boxes. Now, given that I have all of the kinds of hiding areas in my garage, I probably have quite a population of Cobra Gremlins. God knows they screw with things enough!
