Dan, how about a circle run to take in the show at Harrah's in Maricopa?

Not!!!
Forget the above post, I just realized the Harrah's car show is not until the following Saturday, the 26th of November, which is 2 days after Thanksgiving.

OK That still leaves Lunch and Park Link Road ..Just realized that the last time I saw your car, you were pulling it up on a trailer. I presume it is all better now?

Your presumption is correct, 38 hundred dollars later!
New roller train, hotter cam, higher strength push rods, new heads, RPM air gap intake, new timing chain, 8 qt. road race oil pan, high pressure clutch, and forgetting something.
Had to get rid of the 100 shot Nitrous system, which I rarely used, didn't have enough room under the hood, and according to Gordie will be be taken care of by the performance work.

Randy, if you want, take a ride down to Harrah's in Maricopa, take in the car show (just look, not enter) then from there are a bunch of rods from down here who will caravan up to the Pavilion in the afternoon.
If you need more info, I can get it for those interested.

OK, found out more about the annual Harrahs' show. Cost nothing to enter and they give a voucher for a free lunch buffet at their restaurant.
Now is that a deal or what?

Problem with Hwy 10 and 347 is that there is no place to park, unless you go a couple of miles SE on 347 towards Maricopa and meet at the first street (S.Maricopa Rd at the entrance of the Indian Museum Thingy) on the right, which sounds complicated. OR meet at the Cracker Barrel on Chandler and Hwy 10.
OR drive into Maricopa to the first strip mall on the right which has a Chase Bank sign and ACE hardware sign visible.
Time of 8:30 am on Saturday.
Ralph

Well Danr, I'll bet none of your other wives, or potential wives, ever had designs on how you were going to spend your time. In MY house, there's never any doubt. I just always do as "She Who Must Be Obeyed" says.
