Default Phoenix Machine shop

Hi All,

I'm new to the Phoenix area and am looking for a "reasonable priced" machine shop I can trust ( hard combination!). I have seen a few like 5 star and Phoenix Engines, but then I have seen a few complaints about them as well.

Any Suggestions Appreciated!

Thanks

The motor in the car now is an old 302 that has a few issues. I thinking about getting a full rebuild and putting a 331 stroker kit in it. I figure if I can bullet proof the bottom end on a budget, I can come back later and put some nice heads on it when I have the cash.

Check with Charlie at Hot Rods by Dean. He has a hook up with Mach Development in Maricopa who do pretty good work.

Standard Machine in Glendale has a lot of experience with building stroker motors especially small Fords.

Did my 347 and it's top notch. He had been around for at least 30 years that I know of and has done a lot of work for me.

Ask for Roger.

I have used Basko (more recently) and Chuck's Speed Center (years ago). I had good luck with both. Your mileage may vary.
