Who said Karl was coming? I haven't heard from him. Has anyone else?

Karlos, are you joining this rag tag crew for the consumption of mass quantities?

That may prove difficult. Both of my seats are full and I surmise the Judy is going to make the trip with David. Fire up your DD and come'on down!

Lyle,

Really good to hear from you. In case you cannot get the clutch redone or have lost the nerve to drive the Boss, let me know. Joyce can't go and I would be glad come by and pick you up.

Default Bringing Picnic back to top

Here is the location to meet about 9am on Saturday, April 13 for 30 mile run to Rattlesnake Cove at Bartlett Lake. This Chevron station sells the Tonto Pass for $6 so you can park there. Pick up your food, snacks, drinks here. Normal route is Cave Creek Road from there all the way to Bartlett Lake Road. You would be wise not to speed anywhere in Cave Creek, Carefree or on Bartlett Lake Road. We have had many tickets issued there.
Carefree Highway, Cave Creek, AZ - Google Maps
Departure will be 9:30am

Just bringing Picnic back to the top.
Fun time to be had by all. Specially talking about those who don't join us.

What he said.. and there will be pictures to prove it! Hey, everyone should be on the best behaviour. We'll have new prospects there and we don't want to scare them until they are hooked.

Guess this means that you'll be staying away. You can send Adriana though.

Hi All
Guess I'm one of those "new prospects"... New, first time owner and looking forward to meeting everyone. Problem... I'm on travel in Miami, Fl and return home late Friday evening. I'd like to join.
Where and what time will the East Valley folks be meeting to go over to meet others? I'll need to get my tonto pass... guess I can get it at meeting location in carefree hiway/cave creek rd or sounds like I can get one at the Ranger Station.....
Hope to make it back to AZ Friday....Will do my best.

Rowland

Rowland, We are starting from the Chevron Station at Recker and McDowell Saturday morning about 9:00. We'll be picking up some more newbies at Cave Creek and Pima about 10:15 then heading toward the picnic. Hope to see you Saturday morning. Travel safely.

Just made a decision.... I will be going to the Tinder Box in Chandler on Sat 13th for the "Cigars for Soldiers" small car show. Disappointed will be unable to meet all of you. Hopefully there will be other events to do so.
It's got to be a "RUSH" to have 20 or more Cobra's rumbling down the road togther...... What a photo op!

Rowland, Hope you enjoy it. That's a pretty good cause. Anything that supports the troops is a good cause.

Mikie, We are not going to pay our annual dues again for the third time this year. You only get the money once!
