Default Final got orders to Fort Huachuca!!!!

Coming out to Arizona in June!! Cant wait to meet you all. When I get out there i will be droping my engine and starting on the electrical harness. If anyone is in the area and can help with this....I will have food and drink, plus the MPs would love to see your cars come thru the gate...lol

Have fun in AZ. There is some beautiful country in AZ.

I am reminded of when my family moved to AZ. I was 12 years old and we moved to north Phoenix in mid June. We didn't have a house yet so for a month we lived in a tent in a KOA campground!! I thought that I had died and gone to hell. Have fun

I'll pass it along to John. Maybe a road trip to Ft. Huachuca will be in order.

We could patrol the border, most of us carry now!! I have not been on an Military base in over 40 years. Wait till it cools a bit, say October and I would be up for that run.

I use to be an AZ State Police Officer (DPS) in the late 70's. I worked in Nogales and Tucson. It was crazy back then. I can't even imagine what it's like these days. Now I live in a log cabin on the top of a mountain in the Adirondacks. (NY) It's a long ways from the southern border.

Be safe.

Ft. Huachuca? I'm sorry.

Been there a few times over the years. Certainly not the worst spot in the Army, but maybe not the best.

I have a picture around here somewhere of it snowing on the base. Not exactly a normal occurence in that corner of the galaxy.

Don't forget us here in Tucson. I was in Sierra Vista today, 74 degrees and just perfect ! By June the temps will be in the 90's and at 4,500 feet it will be warm. When you get settled in please give me a call at 520-825-9197 and we'
ll get a few Cobras to drive down there.

Fort Huachuca is usually 5° to 10° cooler than Tucson. And it's nothing like Phoenix which is like sitting in front of a blast furnace.
